Grand Auto Mobile: Realistic GTA Simulator

We embarked on one of our largest realistic game projects to create a mobile version of GTA Role Played. Players can complete missions, earn money, and purchase weapons and cars. Our plan included ads and in-app purchases for monetization.

Although we developed a high-quality prototype and went through several iterations, the project did not meet the desired KPI for a soft launch. However, the game now receives 200-300 organic downloads daily.

Throughout this project, we gained extensive experience in working with car physics, graphics, and shaders. Our main challenge was achieving high-quality graphics, including smooth shadows, reflections, dynamic day-night lighting, and car destruction effects even on low-end devices. It seemed impossible at times to optimize for 30 FPS on Samsung A15, but we successfully overcame this challenge. We are now confident in our ability to develop similar games for low-end mobile devices.
